The Aquarium La Rochelle is a very popular site during the school holidays.

As the capacity has been reduced by more than 75%, many slots can quickly become full.

Buy your tickets on our website as soon as possible!

After purchasing your ticket on our website, you will receive your tickets by email.

You will need to show your tickets on paper or on your smartphone 5 minutes before the start of your visit at the entrance of the Aquarium.

Opening hours and access

During the school holidays, the Aquarium is open every day from 9am to 8pm.

The last admissions are at 6.30pm.

Choose the least busy times and plan your visit:

• In the morning from the opening at 9am
• During the lunch break, between 12:30 and 13:30
• At the end of the day, after 5.30pm

The busiest times are in the morning from 10 to 11:30 and in the afternoon from 14 to 16.

Exceptional measures

The Aquarium has implemented a strict health protocol in collaboration with the local authorities. The most important measures include:

• The obligation to wear a mask for adults and children aged 11 and over.
  The mask must cover the mouth and nose and must be worn for the duration of your presence on the Aquarium La Rochelle site.
• Cloakroom and locker service closure
  No personal effects (coat, umbrella, scooter, draisienne, helmet…) are accepted.
• No buggies or wheelchairs are available for loan.
  The Aquarium has been awarded the Tourism and Disability label and is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.Although pushchairs are accepted at the Aquarium, trolleys, bicycle trailers and carts are systematically refused.
